一、基本情况

李义婷,女,19979月生,湖北恩施人,博士,特任教授。研究方向有围绕小麦逆境生物学过程开展生物信息学研究;小麦抗禾谷镰孢菌相关基因功能研究;小麦-赤霉病互作过程中circRNA鉴定和功能研究;纳米硅促进小麦生长和抗逆作用机理研究。以第一作者在Journal of Nanobiotechnology, Scientia Horticulturae, Plant Genome, Environmental Science: Nano等期刊发表7SCI论文

主要研究方向:

从转录组学、分子生物学与基因功能解析的角度阐明小麦与禾谷镰孢菌互作的抗病分子机制,主要涉及小麦抗禾谷镰孢菌关键基因的功能验证、赤霉病互作体系中circRNA的鉴定筛选及新型调控分子的功能挖掘。
